Booking Process
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the details. It is your responsibility to verify the information and notify us immediately if there are any errors.<\/span><\/p>

Changes and Cancellations<\/p>

  • If the cancellation is made <\/span>30 days before the arrival date, a <\/span>50% partial refund will apply.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Cancellations made <\/span>within 30 days prior to arrival will not be refundable.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • No refunds will be given for unused nights after check-in.<\/span>

    Payments
    All reservations must be paid online. The accepted payment methods (such as Stripe, credit card, or bank transfer) will be indicated during the booking process.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Check-out: to <\/span>12pm<\/li>
    • Children: For safety and tranquility reasons, <\/span>children under 12 years old are not accepted.<\/span><\/li>

      • Support for online check-in\/check-out and guest communication through OTAs.<\/li><\/ul>

        Additional services such as extra cleaning or transportation can be arranged upon request and at an additional cost.<\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
