The residence is set on a seaside plot in the El Vig\u00eda sector (Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca)<\/strong>. Its strategy was to fragment<\/strong> the program into independent volumes<\/strong> to reduce the impact<\/strong> and integrate more harmoniously<\/strong> with the site. The structures are connected by circulation bridges<\/strong>, and a green water courtyard<\/strong> organizes daily life with privacy and freshness. The social nave<\/strong> \u2014a mixed structure of wood and concrete<\/strong>, with single-sloped roof<\/strong> and rooftop lookout<\/strong>\u2014 opens the living spaces toward the beach and the horizon.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
