Welcome to Casa Kani-Ini. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before confirming your stay.
2. Reservations
Booking Process
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the details. It is your responsibility to verify the information and notify us immediately if there are any errors.
Changes and Cancellations
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date, a 50% partial refund will apply.
- Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will not be refundable.
- No refunds will be given for unused nights after check-in.
Payments
All reservations must be paid online. The accepted payment methods (such as Stripe, credit card, or bank transfer) will be indicated during the booking process.
3. Rates
Rates are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include taxes unless otherwise stated. They may vary depending on the season, demand, or current promotions.
4. Property Policies
- Check-in: from 3pm
- Check-out: to 12pm
- Children: For safety and tranquility reasons, children under 12 years old are not accepted.
- Pets: Pets are accepted only with prior authorization and under certain conditions. Please respect the property and its facilities.
5. Included Services
- Use of the entire villa with 6 rooms and common areas.
- Private pool and terraces with panoramic views.
- Daily cleaning of rooms and common areas
- Support for online check-in/check-out and guest communication through OTAs.
Additional services such as extra cleaning or transportation can be arranged upon request and at an additional cost.
6. Liability
Casa Kani-Ini makes every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee its absolute accuracy. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our website or services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. The personal data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications
Casa Kani-Ini reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published on our website.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Oaxaca.
