- Confirmation: Once the cancellation is approved, a confirmation email will be sent. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us directly.
4. Booking Modifications
Changes to stay dates, number of guests, or other details are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment. We recommend contacting us in advance.
5. No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Casa Kani-Ini reserves the right to release the property starting the following day.
6. Refunds
Partial refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after validation.
- They will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking.
- Taxes, service charges, or other extras are non-refundable.
7. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotions or special offers may be non-refundable, which will be specified during the booking process.
Once check-in has been completed, cancellations or refunds will not be permitted, even if the stay is shortened.
